These terms cover how you shop with Baby Ocean, what we promise, and what we ask of you. Using the site means you accept them.
Products and information
We describe every product as accurately as we can, and images may vary slightly from the item due to lighting and screen settings. We correct listing errors as soon as we find them, and check stock before dispatch. Guides and checklists are practical suggestions, not medical advice.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable tax. We accept card, easypaisa, JazzCash and cash on delivery. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you and cancel or correct the order rather than charge the wrong amount.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer; a confirmation message means we accepted it. We may decline an order if stock has run out, the address is outside our delivery network, or we suspect fraud or repeated non-acceptance of COD parcels.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 2–5 working days for most cities. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees — weather, courier delays and public holidays can add a day or two, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Someone must be available to receive COD parcels. Repeated refusals may pause COD on your account.
Coupons and offers
Discount codes are single-use per account unless stated, cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Kit savings already reflect a bundled price and are not stackable with codes.
Your content
Reviews, photos and gift notes you submit stay yours, but you allow us to display them on Baby Ocean. We remove anything abusive, misleading or unrelated.
Our content
The Baby Ocean name, logo, photography, guides and checklists are our intellectual property. Please do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Changes and contact
